LUCIEL'S BACKSTORY

The story begins with two beings who are in charge of taking care of newborns; they are known as the caretakers.  These beings were specifically made to instruct and educate each new born. Primarily regarding the general knowledge of the universe; this included subjects such as learning about other cultures, races and more. However, first and foremost, they ensure each are taught that "the mother" is their ruler, and that everybody must do her bidding.  As custom dictates, once the young ones feel ready, they must undertake a quest across the planet to meet her in person.  Yet, this is not a simple task. There are many dangers outside of their "home", and few who journey out survive. And those who succeed meet another trial.
